Guided breathwork with Marthe Alva, this evening we will do a heart breath journey. No previous breathwork experience needed. Come as you are and allow the journey to open you.

About us:
๐๐ซ๐ฒ๐ง๐ฃ๐ฎ๐ฅ๐ฏ ๐๐ฎ๐๐๐๐ฅ - ๐๐
has a background as musician and producer with numerous bands and genres in Bergen. There he discovered the immense potential in dance, for connection, moving meditation and embodied listening. Exploring most dance genres and also ways to merge them with Norwegian folk music, he has brought his versatile sound and cultural revival to burns, retreats, ceremonies, stjernefolket (space fam.) and festivals like OMG/Soria, Boom and Trollkauk.
In 2019 he co-founded Ecstatic Dance Oslo, as resident DJ and space holder, bringing national and international DJs to the scene for deep, transformative experiences and community building.

had her big awakening moment at age 21 when she found the Medicine Path and remembered the Source of Life where we all come from. This was the shifting point. The Re-Birth.
From that moment on she dedicated her life to Awakening.
She travelled the world, lived in the Amazon Jungle and became a mother.
She has been an apprentice on the shamanic path Twisted Hairs, since 2005. Walking the Path of the Rainbow Warrior.
Educated in various healing modalities like Biodanza Heart In Motion, Womb Awakening, Tantra Therapy, Theta Healing, Munay-Ki Rites, Breathwork and more.
She is deeply passionate about Sacred Sexuality, Women`s health empowerment, Breathwork & Shamanism.
Co-founder of Sacred Womb Festival, that annually held over 100 women in sisterhood the last 9 years at Angsbacka.
