Do you love books and yoga and want to experience a unique opportunity? Bring your yoga mat and come take time and make space to connect with yourself at Prismatic Pages.
This session will blend the transformative energy of Kundalini with the aware presence of Mindful Yoga, emphasizing compassion, nervous system regulation, and personal development. Expect heart opening breathwork, a gentle warm-up followed by yoga postures, and a guided body scan meditation.
Mats are not provided -- bring your own! Additional, please be mindful and arrive a few minutes early to set up your mat and settle in.

The session will be led by Gabrielle, founder of Yogic Sunshine, helping others connect with their own inner light to let it shine through.
Gabrielle’s yoga journey began 15 years ago in Portland, Oregon, sparked by self-guided exploration. This deep personal commitment led her to complete a 200-hour Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training in Rishikesh, India, and a 100-hour Mindful Yoga
Drawing from both traditional and contemporary influences, she offers classes that integrate postures, breathwork, and meditation.
She aims to create inclusive, safe and supportive spaces where participants can take time to reconnect with themselves in the present moment.
