An Evening of Contemplative Practice

Life is loud. This is your invitation to something different.
Beginning this September, join us every Thursday evening at 7pm for a quiet, spacious gathering at St. Paul Congregational UCC.

This isn’t a typical worship service. There’s no sermon. No pressure to talk. No performance. Just silence, prayer, music, and presence—practices that help us ground ourselves in God and breathe again.

Some weeks, we’ll sing simple chants. Other weeks, we’ll rest in sacred silence, reflect on scripture or poetry, or practice body prayer. It’s mostly lay-led, low-pressure, and open to all—whether you’re spiritually curious, burned out, or just need a quiet place to land.
