Sweetly ‘neath the Moon - Savasana & Song
Relax into the calming, angelic lullabies and songs of the season with Dorothy Zerbe as Deb Sommerhalder settles you into supported restorative poses. During the final pose “savasana” you will bathe in the gentle vibration from singing bowls and other sound instruments.
Wear layers of comfy clothes.
Bring a mat and a blanket.
Bring your own bolster and blocks if you can. A limited supply will be available.
Chairs will be provided if you prefer to sit.
