After age 30, we lose 3-8% of muscle per decade-and by our 50's, that accelerates to 1-2% per year. That loss shows up everywhere: powering up a hill on a run, hauling groceries, or just keeping up with daily life.

Instead of piecing together random moves from the random influencers, join us for Fall into Fitness: Harvest Your Strength with Fusion Footwear! Each week, we'll have a new strength challenge, tips & techniques and chance to win prizes. For each week you successfully complete the strength challenge, you will be entered in the grand prize drawing at $275.
