Creating Comfort: Tending to What Feels Heavy Through Gentle Movement & Sacred Creativity.
Join us at StudiOM in collaboration with Heartwork Studios of Ripon for a four hour workshop intended to offer gentle opportunities to explore and practice the collective healing power of movement, ritual, and process-based art making. No prior experience in yoga or art is required. All abilities welcome. Best suited for ages 17+
