Join us September 11-13 at both Oshkosh Y locations (20th Ave & Downtown) to remember our heroes! Do a stair climb with a hero on your own time or join us for a Memorial Backpack Workout! Choose one option or do both! Invite friends to join you and letβs remember our heroes - together! We will be doing a food drive to support the Oshkosh Food Pantry, too!
Honor those we lost by supporting those in need.

Symbolically climb stairs to remember those who sacrificed their lives on 9/11. Carry a photo of a fallen firefighter or first responder with you while using the stair mill machines. Photos will be available at the Fitness Desk at each location. Can you climb 110 flights of stairs like they did on that fateful day?

Join Melody for a workout with backpacks (you choose how much weight you carry!) and help those in need! Please bring a canned or boxed non-perishable food item to be donated to a local food pantry after class. This will be an interval style workout suitable for all fitness levels. We encourage you to bring a backpack to use during the workout to experience climbing stairs with weight on your back, like the firefighters and first responders did on that day.
