Join us lakeside at Sunset Beach Resort for a magical evening of movement, stillness, and connection under the glow of the full moon.
🌕 About the Full Moon
The full moon is a powerful time of illumination, release, and reflection. Just as the moon shines at its brightest, it invites us to let go of what no longer serves us and to step into clarity, gratitude, and new cycles. Practicing beneath the full moon allows us to sync our energy with nature’s rhythm, opening space for renewal and balance.
🧘 Yoga + Sound Bath Experience
This one-hour, all-levels yoga class will guide you through grounding postures, gentle flows, and heart-opening stretches designed to release tension and restore energy. The practice will close with a 15-minute sound bath savasana, where you’ll rest deeply as healing vibrations wash over you—leaving you balanced, centered, and renewed.
