The cycles of the Moon influence us. Like the tides of the ocean, it has a pull on our physical, emotional & energetic bodies. Full moon’s give us that extra push to release and let go of the things that no-longer serve us. This allows flow and ease on every level.
Let’s come together to create more harmony and balance in our lives, relieving unnecessary pain, discomfort or stress. This invites mental clarity, peace, calm and freedom in our bodies and soul. There’s something about coming together as a group that makes this powerful and potent. This can amplify the experience for everyone and promote overall mind, body, & spiritual well-being.
We start with a 20min coherent breathing technique to help balance our sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system, aiding you into a deeper state of relaxation. For the remainder of the meditation, Melanie will go around, tuning into your energy and gently applying "healing touch energy work" (hands on or off) where intuitively guided. She may also use crystals, stones, blessed water etc...placed on or near you during your mediation. An intuitive selection of music will accompany you in this process.
At the end, we’ll have some time for sharing (optional) and receive an oracle card message for additional guidance. Melanie is very considerate of your comfort on all levels and creates a safe and supportive clear space. This is an opportunity to surrender to the divine flow and deep wisdom that is always present within you.
Bring an intention if you'd like and hand it over to the Divine/God/Creator/Source, along with any "expectations" on the how, what, when, where and who! Be open to receive the abundance and magic of your life!

- Mat for lying down Or folding/zero gravity chair. Whatever is most comfortable for you!
- Blanket, pillow(s) and anything else you need to make yourself comfortable (blankets and bolsters are available at the studio)
- Eye mask (Highly Recommended!)
- Water
- Journal & writing instrument (optional)
**PREPARATION**
To get the most out of your experience, it is highly recommended to avoid caffeine at least 5 hours prior to meditation. None that day if you can, without having to go through withdrawal. Eat light and hydrate. Avoid a big meal after 2:30pm.
Melanie Johnson (aka Melania Jay) is a certified Transformational Coach (by The Awakened School in CO.), and certified Advanced ThetaHealing® Practitioner with over 8 years of experience. She's a Student of the 'Healing Touch Program', level 2, and Belly Dance Performer (with over 20 years experience), now a teacher. Melanie has also studied, participated in and/or practiced: Shamanism, Meditation, Drum Journeys, Healing Circles, Plant Medicine Ceremonies, Native American Sweat Lodge Ceremonies, Fire Walking, Yoga, Nutrition, The Silva Method, The Landmark Forum, The Journey (by Brandon Bays), Outward Bound, and much more, over the past 10 + years.
She devotes herself to her own personal growth so that she can become an example and teacher for others, wanting to deepen their spiritual awakening. She describes herself as a lover of nature with respect for all life, and a passion for helping others overcome the obstacles that get in the way of receiving a joyous and fulfilling life.
