Molson Quilt Show

Saturday August 30th from 9-3 we are putting on the Molson Quilt Show. There are a lot of new vendors that have signed up and wohoooo, we have someone that will be sharpening scissors. Read that again, we will have scissor sharpening!!! Many of our vendors have fabric for sale. There will be about 150 quilts on display. This show does not charge an entry fee and it can be a great family event. The Molson Museum is right across the street and the Old Town Molson walking tour is right down the street. The quilt show will have lunch available for $10 and if you come early, we will have a limited amount of cinnamon rolls for sale in the morning with coffee. I get there early...LOL We have a fun door prize contest every 1/2 hour. People get on a number on the floor and which ever number is drawn get the door prize. We also have 2 beautiful raffle quilts to help fund our groups needs of batting and fabric for our donation quilts. We have also made a cat and a dog quilt for silent auction to help support our local dog and cat rescues. Make a day of it and come visit beautiful Molson. The drive is so pretty. To find us, you can enter the Molson Museum in your GPS or just come to Molson. There are really only two buildings in town. This year the Highland Stitchers of Molson will donate over 200 quilts to help support local fundraisers and to those in need.
