A STEAM Nature & Art Journey for Homeschoolers🎨
Let Salt Life Permaculture’s food forest be your living classroom in Sprout & Spark, a hands-on STEAM course designed for mixed-age homeschoolers who love to explore, create, and get their hands in the soil.
This week is a Scavenger hunt, building shelter-forts, and Making nature prints. Learners will:
✅ Understand key ecological relationships and permaculture principles.
✅ Develop foundational bushman skills in shelter-making
✅ harvest and eat from the food forest
✅ Print 'nature' prints from native plants and take home
✅ Use STEAM to explore a living Florida ecosystem
✅ Build collaboration, leadership, and communication skills in mixed-age settings by being part of something meaningful that provides a unique opportunity for each person.
✅ Foster a lasting sense of curiosity, care, and connection to the natural world while being immersed in the forested classrooms.
✅We accept STEP UP, PEP and UA provided scholarships
Spark and sprout sessions are held each week.
Each session is $60/student per session
Four session vouchers are available at $200; good for any open sessions and future open sessions
