This hybrid belly dance and trauma-informed advocacy workshop, led by Erica Rivera, helps participants reconnect with their physical selves after trauma. With a foundation in somatic awareness and sensual empowerment, this session focuses on reclaiming body autonomy through safe, expressive dance and open discussion rooted in survivor support and sexual health education.
