Deepen your senses as you are guided by our certified instructor. Max Meditation System™ is a simple yet profound way to enhance your spiritual practice and is beneficial for everyone, including first-time meditators to those with a regular practice. In this class, we will follow an easy 5-part process that includes:

Relaxing the physical body
Emptying the mind of thoughts
Connecting to a Kotodama, or "Sacred Word of Power"
Going on a unique, guided journey that is different for every class attended
Returning back into the physical body and grounding what you have experienced
