Budokon, meaning “the way of the warrior spirit,” blends the fluidity of yoga with the precision of martial arts and the primal intelligence of animal locomotion. In this introductory experience, you’ll learn the foundational principles of moving with control and grace, cultivating both stability and adaptability. Finding strength that flows rather than resists ✨
