Ballet 101: Beginning Ballet for Adults

This beginner-friendly ballet class introduces the essential foundations of dance—posture, alignment, balance, and graceful movement—in a supportive, welcoming environment designed for true beginners.
You’ll learn simple barre work and flowing center exercises that build strength, improve mobility, and help you move with confidence and control.
No experience required. No pressure.
Just encouraging instruction, beautiful music, and steady progress week by week.

Please wear ballet slippers or clean socks- and dress in clothing suitable for stretching and exercise.

$20 drop in fee- discounted packages and passes available at the studio.
