Join us for an intimate, therapist-led workshop designed to help you gain clarity for the year ahead using neuroscience-backed visualization—not manifestation fluff.

We’ll explore how the brain processes visualization, mental imagery, and future-oriented thinking, and how to use these tools intentionally to create direction, motivation, and follow-through. You’ll be guided through a purposeful vision board experience and supported in translating your vision into grounded next steps.

This event blends learning, creativity, and connection in a relaxed, elevated environment—perfect for anyone looking to reset with intention while connecting with like-minded women.
