Arrive at the main entrance of your chosen park and present your dated ticket for biometric scan and entry. After a quick security check, you’re free to explore the park at your own pace.

Strollers aren’t allowed in most attraction queues, but don’t worry—each one has a designated stroller parking spot near the entrance.
Trained service animals are welcome to join you in the parks.
Ride requirements vary, especially for guests using mobility devices. If you can transfer to the ride seat on your own or with help from someone in your group, you’re good to go.

The ticket will be sent out within 2 hours of booking.
It is only valid on the specific date you choose when booking, and it expires the next day.
The Hogwarts™ Express can only be used for the 1-Day 2-Parks ticket.
The ticket is non-refundable and non-transferable. Standard entry requires a biometric scan.
Lockers are available at the parks for a fee on a first-come, first-served basis.
Kids under 14 need to be accompanied by someone 14 years or older who meets the ride’s requirements.
Cancellation is allowed up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Variant-specific cancellation policies may apply.
