Release & Renew: Year-End Yoga with Sound Bath

Yanet Ralls and Tisse Mallon pair up to offer this sweet send-off to the year. Treat yourself to a slow, intentional yoga flow paired with a live crystal bowl sound bath. This nurturing practice invites you to gently unwind tension, honor everything you’ve moved through, and clear space for what you’re truly ready to call in.

We’ll move mindfully, breathe deeply, and then melt into stillness as the bowls wash over you—soothing your nervous system, softening old stories, and helping your whole being exhale. Think of it as a little ritual for your mind, body, and spirit… the reset button your soul has been hinting at all month.
