Meet Tea on the Mat - À La Cart

Join me for the final Mobility and Mindset class of the year. We are closing out the year with movement, joy, and community… ugly Christmas sweaters encouraged. This session blends intentional mobility work with a calming mindset reset to help you release tension, breathe deeper, and step into the new year feeling grounded.

Expect a welcoming space, holiday energy, and a flow that meets every body where it is. Mats will be provided, so just show up ready to move.

After class, stay and enjoy the food trucks, music, and festive vibes. Bring a friend, grab a bite, and make this your end of year reset.
