Why just drink gin when you can make your own? In this hands-on class, you’ll step behind the still and create a custom recipe that’s 100% yours.
Over 2.5 hours, you’ll:
- Learn the fundamentals of gin making—what makes gin gin, the role of juniper, and how botanicals layer flavor.
- Select your own mix of botanicals from citrus peels to spices, florals, and herbs.
- Run your blend through a working still to craft a spirit that reflects your personal taste.
- Enjoy two gin-based cocktails during class.
When the class wraps, you’ll take home about 50 oz of uncut gin (150–160 proof), ready to dilute with distilled water at home into four full-size 750 mL bottles of your custom gin. That’s not just a souvenir—it’s your signature spirit to share, sip, or hoard proudly.
Spots are limited—only three stills available, with room for up to four participants per still. Pricing is per still:
