90 Minute Trifecta: Breathwork, Restorative Yin Yoga & Sound Healing Journey
This SYZYGY experience includes guided breathwork meditation accompanied by gentle yin yoga & an immersive sound journey extended savasana. With this trifecta of modalities, take a journey of self-discovery and exploration via stillness and breath, which can result in a feeling of deep relaxation and immeasurable connection to Self and the ever-present moment of now.
Breathwork will kickstart your mind, body, spirit connection and lasts approximately 10-15 minutes.
Restorative yin yoga involves slow movements with deep relaxation and stretching. Sandbag assists, heated stones, Himalayan bowl sonic-vibrational treatments, weighted tuning fork sonic-puncture treatments & optional aromatherapy are offered. No experience is required for this all levels class.
The extended savasana is an immersive sensory & sound healing journey in which you will be enveloped in sounds, frequencies and vibrations from gongs, Himalayan bowls, crystal bowls, various drums, Native American flutes, rainsticks, chimes, rattles and more.
The Trifecta experience includes use of a yoga mat, pillow, blanket, bolster, blocks, yoga strap & eye mask.
Bring a mat, props, & comfort items tho', especially if you have particular needs....and don't forget socks & hydration. 💦
