Chair Yoga

Northwestern Medicine Living Well Cancer Resources is offering in-person support to patients with cancer and their families at Northwestern Medicine St. George Cancer Institute.

This gentle chair yoga class is designed to improve flexibility, strength and relaxation. It is accessible to all levels and perfect for those with mobility limitations.

Registration is required. Please register at livingwell.nm.org.
