Mr Bailey and Mr. Hillhouse are excited to announce the introduction of Alumni Marching Band on October 10th, 2025 during the varsity football game against the Lockport Porters.
If you are interested in being a part of the alumni marching band, please respond with your instrument, phone, and email address to receive updates and music filling out the google form to register:
https://forms.gle/uugtppqaDJQ9vt6f9 This is open to any CSHS band alumni; you do not need to have participated in marching band to join or attend the event. Please share with any you think would like to join the alumni band or attend the event as well.
When: October 10th, 2025 at 7:30pm. Rehearsal time/date TBA - rehearsal may occur on Tuesday October 7th @ 6pm or before the game.
Where: Carl Sandburg High School 13300 LaGrange Rd, Orland Park, IL 60462
Cost: Participants are being asked to pay for either the T-shirt or Sweatshirt which will be our uniform for the game. The T-shirt starts at $10, and the crewneck sweatshirt will start at $20. The link is available at the end of the google form but is also found here:

Music: Coming soon! We will have printed music available, however you may also use your phone. You may need to purchase yourself a flipfolio and lyre as well. They also make lyre mounts for the phone.
Instruments: Loaner instruments are available for alumni that need, however they will be on a first come, first serve basis. Prior to game day, we will reach out with whether or not an instrument is available.
