Pi Day Pie Making

In this class we will learn to make rough puff style pie dough, and two pie fillings.

Together we will learn to mix, roll, and shape pie pastry to line a pie dish.

We will also work with some prepared pie pastry to create a fruit pie with a lattice top, as well as a lemon meringue pie.

Each participant will take home 1 lemon meringue pie, 1 fruit pie, and 1 raw pie shell that can be frozen for use later.
