循道衛理楊震社會服務處（楊震）於1967年成立，50多年來致力為社會上有需要人士提供創新、專業、以人為本的服務。作為一所多元化的社會福利服務機構，楊震服務遍及各界範疇 — 從復康支援、長者安康照護、到家庭及幼兒成長、兒童及青少年發展、乃至促進社區健康及基層醫療、輔導及臨床心理服務等多個範疇。楊震將繼續秉承機構的服務理念，用心凝聚社區，並與每位服務使用者及照顧者同行。Established in 1967, the Yang Memorial Methodist Social Service (YMMSS) has been dedicated to providing innovative, professional, and people-oriented services to those in need in our community for over 50 years.As a multi-faceted social welfare organization, YMMSS' services span across various domains - including Rehabilitation, Elderly, Family and Youth Service, as well as Community Health and Primary Healthcare support, and counseling and clinical psychology services.Guided by the services core values, YMMSS continues to strive to bring the community together and walk alongside each service user and caregiver with unwavering commitment.
