YWCA Canton IL has been on a mission since 1920. Our mission is to eliminate racism, empower women, stand up for social justice, help families, and strengthen communities. Via a combination of community programming and advocacy, we generate institutional change in 3 key areas: racial justice and civil rights, empowerment and economic advancement of women and girls, and health and safety of women and girls.
