About Your Rest Advocate

BREATHE was created by Nasira Abdur-Razzaq, a somatic breathwork coach, wellness guide, and devoted advocate for rest.After her own transformation from burnout to balance, Nasira began holding spaces where women could step away from hustle culture and reclaim softness, healing, and inner peace.Through breathwork classes, journaling circles, and community-based gatherings, her mission is to help women regulate their nervous systems, release stress, and return home to themselves. Each event is designed to feel sacred, supportive, and nourishing with an invitation to pause and honor the rest you truly deserve.
