Yorkshire Fossil Festival is organised by Scarborough Museums Trust and sponsored by Yorkshire Coast BID, The Palaeontological Association and other partners. The Festival seeks to enlighten and engage families and young people in the world of Geology and Earth Sciences. Visitors can become immersed in all things fossils and dinosaurs, many originating from Scarborough and the Yorkshire Coast.The 2021 Yorkshire Fossil Festival will be held in venues across Scarborough including The Rotunda Museum and the Stephen Joseph Theatre. Some Festival events will also take place online.
