Andrea embarked on her journey of self-discovery while living a self-sufficient and sustainable life on a remote, unspoilt and isolated island in Fiji for 5 years. Without roads or electricity she was openly exposed to the natural elements of life. This incredible experience has led her to really value her yoga practice. She came back and trained intensively with various teachers and in many styles. This included teacher training with John Olgivie in Byron Bay. She is now training under the guidance of Senior Iyengar Yoga Teacher, Peter Thomson. Andrea is a caring and motivating teacher who aspires to share her love and passion of yoga with others. She teaches group classes in Helensburgh and is available for private classes.
