The Original Full Moon Roof Top Yoga & Sound Bath Event.This is a monthly Yoga Community Gathering based in Houston, Tx. We meet every Full Moon for Gentle Yoga and Meditation, includes Sound Bath and Live music at some events. Founded in June of 2018 by Jim Phelps of YeauxGa4all. We meet every Full Moon on a Rooftop that is right off Loop 610 in the Galleria area, just past Post Oak. We have a wonderful view of some Galleria buildings on one side of us, and the other side has a beautiful view of nature with trees, a creek, and open sky; we always has a nice breeze, and the best part is the Full Moon always comes up over the tree line to join us. Anyone can participate in this Yoga session, this is not a very active yoga, very Gentle Yoga. including Yin Stretchering, Restorative Postures. Intention of Relaxation, Meditation, Stillness, Release, Reset, Recover, Renewal. Reconnect to You..Mind, Body, Soul. Connect with community & the full Moon.It's a Donation Based Yoga Gathering. We do have many people that contribute to putting on the Full Moon offering. People playing their singing bowls for the Sound Bath, people playing drums and guitars. People to help with props and with poses, people who do healing techniques if requested, people who help market and take photos, people that guide the Yoga & Meditation. We all come together to create a unique experience . Combined with the energy of the people that come to enjoy the offering, this make for a beautiful experience under the Full Moon light. It's an hour and a half experince that stays with you well after that time, it's reaaly amazing time. We value the event at about $40 to $50 for the 90 minute experience. We just ask for a $20 minimum donation, you can choose to donate what you feel the experience was worth to you, if you like to donate more. We also would like everyone to be able to enjoy the gathering, so if you can not make you donation or the full amount, you just let Jim know, and we still woud love to have you come out to enjoy the event.The physical address is 1001 West Loop S. That is on the feeder road of loop 610 between Post Oak and Woodway, your GPS can get you there. There is a building on the right hand side, glass corporate style building, white sign in front with address 1001. Turn right into the parking garage, you will keep driving all the way up to the top. You will see cars parked at the top and you will see the group in the open air on the top of the parging garage, come join us. You will have an amazing time under the Full Moon and with the time with you.
