Unfortunately, even after lowering the volume on our computer, the speaker's voice was too loud and grating on the ears. We tuned out. Out of the many, many Zooms and Webinars I have attended, this was my first experience of an exaggerated and too loud presentation that was uncomfortable on the senses.

I was looking for / hoping for steps we could take to respond to the issues raised by the presenter. I recognize that this may not have been the intent of the presentation, but it meant that I logged off after about 45-50 minutes, because I had other demands on my time.
