Follow Xperience MKEHorrible, just horrible, did not attend because of family illness and still have not received a refund of 2 tickets purchased in the amount of $216.78. I will never purchase a ticket from them ever!!! And, I highly recommend if you have a family emergency they will not respond to your needs of getting a refund. To this day, have not heard a reply to my request for a refund. I am very very disappointed at the NYE Experience event organizers. I thought they were professionals and had their stuff together. Run, walk, skip get away from any of their offered events!!! They don’t even deserve a 1 star!!!! Marie Malik
