Geoff Bowser is an experienced educator, including almost 25 years service as a school Principal in urban, regional and rural locations. He is a Registered Clinical Psychologist, Member of the Australian Psychological Society and Fellow of the College of Clinical Psychologists. Geoff completed a Master of Psychology (Clinical) from James Cook University, Townsville. He has undertaken research on the well-being and mental health of Australian school teachers and leaders, examining the impact of perceived effort-reward imbalance and work/life conflict.Previously based in the Blue Mountains (NSW), Geoff has been in private practice as a Psychologist in Hamilton in the NSW Hunter Region since 2015 but now offers Telehealth services Australia-wide.Geoff delivers both public and private courses in Standard, Youth and Older Person Mental Health First Aid as well as being a consultant Instructor Trainer for MHFA ( Aust).
