Our Mission Statement: We are a network of successful REALTORS®, advancing women as professionals and leaders in business, the industry and the communities we serve. Our Mission Statement defines what Women’s Council of Realtors, and our members stand for, but we also think it important to understand that when we talk about successful REALTORS®, we also want to recognize that nationwide the Council includes 10% men. We are a Network of Successful REALTORS® of both genders, helping to advance women as professionals and leaders in business, the industry, and the communities we serve. We also are comprised of 20 % Affiliate Members who we align with in regard to related real estate services along with our Strategic Partners who support and provide valuable services, and professionalism to help us better serve our clients. Collaboration and teamwork are what makes our Antelope Valley Network great! Our local network leadership board works closely together as we learn valuable leadership lessons and transferable skills that span into many other facets of our businesses, the industry, & the communities we serve here in the Antelope Valley.
