Follow Windsor Classic ChoraleWe are teachers, librarians, administrators, lawyers and accountants. We are working professionals, busy parents, and retirees. Many of us grew up here and some of us come from far away places. What brings us together is our love for choral music and the belief that it expresses the deepest parts of our humanity. Furthermore, we believe in using music to connect with each other and with our community.Founded in 1977 by Director Emeritus Richard Householder, the Chorale has become a core component of the local arts community by presenting its annual concert season and singing at a variety of other events throughout the Windsor area. The Chorale considers it a privilege to perform in this community and enjoys collaborating with other organizations including the Windsor Symphony Orchestra, the Canadian Chamber Choir, the Windsor-Essex Youth Choir, Walkerville Centre for the Creative Arts, as well as various solo artists. The Chorale has performed in a wide range of venues including Heritage Auditorium at the University of Windsor, All Saints’ Church, and on Pelee Island at the Stone & Sky Music & Art Series.www.winsdorclassicchorale.org
