When History Speaks is the combined efforts of three dedicated paranormal investigators and amateur historians, Dave Phillips, Traci Boiselle, and Dez Phillips. Their mission is to discover and document history by giving a voice to those who lived it using tried and true methods of both historic research and paranormal science.The hope is that through their work, historic locations can be preserved and live on to tell their stories. By reaching across the veil, they will honor the lived experiences of those that came before.
