Wheatland Dance Theater is a 501(C)(3) nonprofit organization, established in 2013 in Plainfield, IL. with a mission to foster passion for artistic dance, to increase the community's cultural awareness, and to preserve the artistry of classical ballet. WDT achive this mission by presenting its annual Spring ballet and Holiday classic production of the Nutcracker affiliated with Plainfield Dance Academy providing performing and community outreach opportunities for young dance students.
