Follow What about now?I’m a lived-experience mental health advocate, writer and podcast host who has spent the last year sharing the honest, often uncomfortable truth about what healing really looks like. After surviving multiple mental health crises and feeling completely alone in my recovery, I created What About Now — a space for real, unfiltered conversations about trauma, hope, and the messy in-between. Through our blog, podcast and community work, What About Now exists to remind people that you can still move forward — even when it still hurts. It’s not about having it all together. It’s about holding on, telling the truth, and choosing to keep going anyway.
