We are locally-based Washington State University faculty and staff dedicated to providing objective, research-based information and resources to forest and woodland owners in the Puget Sound Area. This program serves Island, King, Pierce, San Juan, Skagit, and Snohomish Counties. WSU Extension has additional forestry programs that serve other parts of the state.We offer a variety of forestry classes, publications, and online resources that are designed for people with just a few acres of woods as well those with larger forests or tree farms.
