Wallowa Valley Center for Wellness (WVCW) is a progressive full service community-based program focusing on the mental health and life enrichment needs of the people of Wallowa County. We are the primary provider of mental health and developmental disability services in Wallowa County. We also provide trainings for the public and partners tied to mental health.
