Follow Vitality WalksEnabling women to develop & sustain good physical & mental health through great connections & the great outdoors.Join us on our:Social Walks - short (approx. 3 miles), easy, clean (paved or compacted tracks, minimal mud!)Explorer Walks - mid-distance (4-8 miles) moderate difficulty (some hills and undulations, possibly muddy in places)Adventure Walks - Longer walks with a higher degree of difficulty (6-12 miles, variable terrain and increased elevation).Vitality Social - social events, health & wellness activities and learnings, connections and friendships.Follow and Share our Facebook page to find out more about our walks and social events.
