Visit Shreveport-Bossier

I thought that maybe it was a hoax,because there were no balloons at all,only the one tethered balloon with “Got Gordon” lawyers printed on the side. There were as many vendors as the Stare Fair has rides and all from far away,like Brownsville TX. I thought maybe they all travel around,sponsored by one large advertising group like “Got Gordon” lawyers,and they just rent the space or maybe percentages of sales. Most of these vendors I had never seen before. I don’t think it had anything to do with balloons,just vendor sales.
