The Victorian Laser Skirmish Association Incorporated (VLSAinc) is a not-for-profit sporting association that organises extended duration combat simulation events for the passionate laser skirmish enthusiast near Melbourne, Australia.Since 2009, our events have had a focus on Milsim style game play that provides an immersive, exciting and challenging, one of a kind experience.We run 11 games per year on Saturdays, roughly 4-6 weeks apart, at a rotating set of fields within a 1-2 hour drive of the Melbourne CBD. We also have an 24 hour overnight game each year, usually in the later part of the year, called O.N.E. (Over Night Event).The VLSA is powered by FragTag advanced combat simulation systems, providing non-projectile firing infra-red electronic taggers, variable damage and weapon modeling, extensive game customization, field resupply, simulated medical devices and other simulation accessories.Cost for a full day's play is $45, this includes tagger hire. There is also a $20 membership fee that is payable at your first game and is due again at your first game of the financial year.The VLSA Committee is made up of individuals from Geelong, Melbourne and Ballarat. All game fees are put back into the VLSA to buy new gear to further enhance the experience we can provide.
