Vernice Bayne-Bickham is a native Californian and moved to the Sacramento area in October of 2003. I am a wife and mother of four boys and currently have seven grandchildren. I began my career as a hairstylist and excelled in the industry for more than 20 years. I volunteer for foster youth programs in Sacramento, in which we previously held several fashion shows featuring those foster youths at Sacramento State University. The fashion shows were often moderated by Lisa Gonzales from KCRA and raised college scholarship funds for those youths. I currently am still mentoring youths to tear down life’s obstacles and build legacies. I gained interest in real estate after purchasing our first home, in which it stirred my propensity for wanting to help others in realizing their dreams by benefiting from the same experience. I am adamant about helping others in becoming home owners including maximizing current home owners’ investment(s). Homes, where families are made and legacies are built.
