Veggielution brings people from diverse backgrounds together through food and farming to build social capital in East San Jose. Our aim is to help our neighbors experience a richness of community life that connects residents to one another and to those outside their neighborhood to create more robust social networks and encourage people to take positive action in their community.Veggielution uses food and farming to achieve social change in East San Jose. On our farm, we build the neighborhood's internal cohesion necessary for community action and the neighborhood's external connection to people, resources, and opportunities coming in from outside to support that action.
