Two connected and sister organizations, the Vedanta Center of Ann Arbor and the Vedanta Study Circle at the University of Michigan are a group of dedicated students and followers of Vedanta as taught by Sri Ramakrishna Paramahansa, Holy Mother Sarada Devi and Swami Vivekananda. The main activity of both groups is to present talks and retreats by visiting monks of the Vedanta societies from different parts of the US and from the Ramakrishna Math in India.
