At the Upstate SC Alliance, our mission is to position South Carolina’s 10-county Upstate to excel in the global economy through strategic marketing, collaboration, and thought leadership. We work as a team with our region’s local economic developers, private sector investors, and the SC Department of Commerce to move business forward in the Upstate.We are a public-private regional economic development organization whose work is funded by member cities and counties and more than 200 private sector business partners who support our mission.
