Mission Statement; Upper Room Ministries (URM) believes that Jesus Christ took all our sicknesses, pain, and sorrows on the Cross and that He was resurrected on the third day, and through this we now have eternal life, and we as spirit-filled believers are now co-seated with Him in the heavenly realms Ephesians 2:6. The core of the works of URM is based upon the teachings of Jesus Christ; Matthew 10:7 'The kingdom of heaven has come near.’ Heal the sick, raise the dead, cleanse those who have leprosy, drive out demons. Freely you have received; freely give.' And the Great Commission Matthew 28: 19-20. URM believes that all mission work should be delivered from a place of love, foremost, whilst also desiring the gifts of the spirit to help deliver father God's heart, plans, and purposes for His children through the prophetic. Let love be your highest goal! But you should also desire the special abilities the Spirit gives—especially the ability to prophesy Corinthians 14:1. URM is believing for healing and wholeness for all of God's children, by encouraging the pursuit of relationship with Jesus Christ, and sometimes through the laying on of hands and deliverance ministry. The gospels state that Jesus healed all the sick people He came across. URM believes the risen Jesus Christ still heals everyone today. URM will support and encourage all to reach their full potential, according to God's plans and purposes for them.
