US FOG Alliance is a non-profit organization created and designed to bring together industry professionals that have experience and expertise within the handling and management of food grade fats, oils and grease. We are comprised of industry professionals throughout the United States. We welcome a wide range of individuals with various expertise to our alliance. This allows members to share information and experiences by networking throughout our expansive resources of knowledge and expertise. Our Mission In an effort to mitigate the destructive effect FOG has on our public sewer systems and clean water, our mission is to educate and equip all people that engage in the handling and management of fats, oils and grease. We believe it is our civic responsibility to ensure we pass down to future generations, an environment they can thrive in and enjoy and together.
