Our organization is committed to supporting Black employees in the Twin Cities by helping them establish strong connections within the local community. Our goal is to retain Black talent in the area by providing a platform for professionals to form valuable relationships in their careers and personal lives. Through our efforts, we strive to foster a thriving network of Black professionals who want to stay and flourish in the region.
